LogistiCare Member Services Website Accessibility Policy

LogistiCare's Commitment

LogistiCare recognizes that visitors to our Member Services Website may use assistive technologies such as screen reader, screen magnification, or speech recognition software, keyboard overlays, and other input devices used in place of a conventional keyboard or mouse, to enable and assist them in browsing the site. LogistiCare is committed to providing a Member Services Website that is fully accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of visitors’ abilities or their use of assistive technologies.

Purpose of this Policy

LogistiCare is actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our Member Services Website. We are striving to ensure that all pages on the Member Services Website meet WC3 WAI’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0, Level AA (WCAG2.0AA). Scope of this Policy

This policy applies to all new, updated, and existing web content on https://member.logisticare.com. Although the policy applies to the web content produced or updated by LogistiCare, we will also strive to ensure third-party content providers we engage are aware of this policy and will favor providers based on their accessibility conformance. (This does not include user-generated content.)

LogistiCare's Conformance Milestones

While LogistiCare is committed to complying with accepted guidelines and standards for accessibility and usability, it is not always possible to do so in all areas of the Member Services Website. We are continually seeking solutions that will bring all areas of the site up to the same level of overall web accessibility.

To that end, we formally assessed the Member Services Website for conformity with the WCAG2.0AA standards on April 27, 2017 using https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG20/. LogistiCare will strive to ensure that all pages on the site conform to those standards by July 1, 2017.

Once the Member Services Website is fully compliant with WCAG2.0AA standards, LogistiCare will continue to review and evaluate the site on at least an annual basis.
